Today is Friday, March 13th and that means it’s Resident Evil 5 day. I swung by my local best buy to pick up a copy on my way to work this morning and I figured I would upload some pictures of what’s in the collectors edition for those of you who are interested.
The box includes some slightly weird stuff. You get a pendant, a patch and a messenger bag as well as a slightly shitty Chris Redfield figure. The most annoying part about the whole package is that the game itself does not come in the standard box but instead in a steal tin. That is just going to bother the OCD part of me that needs all my game boxes to look the same.
I was going to go for the collectors’, but I backed off to the regular edition. With the thirty dollars I saved, I’m considering getting the shiny hardcover guide…. man, I am totally a sucker for shinies.

Can I expect to see that patch on a gi?
clinzy, that would make a really awesome gi patch…..I might have to do that and tell people I earned it killing zombies with chokes.
