Re: the NPD numbers for the DS. Who’s buying one? Me! I bought a DSi yesterday along with Professor Layton and the Curious Village, and will probably be buying a DSi for my wife for Christmas. I’ve been a PC gamer for 25 years or so. I’ve never had a handheld or console (well, my wife made me buy a Wii last year, but…) and as I’ve listened to more and more podcasts there are an increasing number of non-PC games that sound like something I’d like. Or at least like to try. And for now the DS seems to have more of the games that I find appealing.
