We’re pretty sure that we will be hearing Phelps’s badge number in our sleep for a very, very long time to come. Was it worth it to play through L.A. Noire? We think so.

Find out what else we think about games in general (and a bit about E3 specifically, but we promise it’s not too much), and be prepared for the return of PERSONA! Yes, it’s that time again- that magical time of year when a young woman’s fancy turns to thoughts of shooting yourself in the head with an Evoker to unleash the mystical powers therein. Odds are good that this will be a theme… again.

Fair warning: we do throw in some spoilery stuff about L.A. Noire in this episode, and I know a lot of people haven’t actually finished yet, so I actually bothered to get the timestamps from Elaine if you would like to skip story discussions! We don’t actually decide that on this episode, but we do talk about a lot of games. And, you know, other stuff. Like girth! It’s what you might call a running theme.
